These terms of use govern your access to and use of jackpica.net. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every provision below. If you do not agree, you must not use this site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to register and play. It is your responsibility to confirm that online gambling is lawful where you reside before opening an account.

The following categories of persons are not eligible to hold an account:

• Individuals under the minimum legal age

Jackpica reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close any account found to be ineligible.

2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Jackpica will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

3. Identity Verification

Jackpica operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents before your account is fully activated or before any withdrawal is processed.

Accepted documents typically include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, national identity card, or driver’s licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Jackpica reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification. Providing false or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is $20. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Jackpica does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

You may only fund your account using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Jackpica reserves the right to reverse any deposit made using an ineligible method and to request additional verification before processing related withdrawals.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is $30. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements before funds are released.

Estimated processing times vary by method:

• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: approximately 30 minutes after approval
• Card withdrawals: up to 3 business days after approval

Jackpica processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Delays may occur where additional verification is required or where a payment provider introduces processing times outside our control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions are subject to individual offer terms, which are published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion’s terms and this agreement, the promotion’s terms take precedence for that offer only.

Unless stated otherwise in the relevant offer, the following general conditions apply:

• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic restrictions
• Jackpica reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Abuse of promotional offers, including collusion or the use of multiple accounts, will result in cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure

7. Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount — or a bonus plus deposit amount — must be staked before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer’s terms.

The following principles apply to wagering requirements across all Jackpica promotions:

1. The applicable multiplier is set out in the specific promotion and applies to the bonus funds received.
2. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate toward the requirement; contribution rates are listed in each promotion’s terms.
3. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully met.
4. Jackpica reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where misuse or exploitation is detected.

8. Games and Fair Play
